DescriptionTeam AweSeven is creating engaging educational games in the SMALLab (Situated Multimedia Arts Learning Lab) environment for the Elizabeth Forward School District. We are aiming for games that will leave students in “Awe” of the SMALLab. Our focus is on Math and English Language Arts games for 6th to 8th grade students. We also create easy-to-use customization tools so teachers can customize the game content for different knowledge levels of students. The SMALLab strives to create advancing embodied learning experience for schools. By integrating video projectors and motion tracking technologies, it allows multiple players to simultaneously interact with each other and projected game worlds in a real-time shared physical space. It makes learning fun and highly interactive to the students. Personal Contribution
